Just one observation that balance of detachable bag can be improved. Bag falls down when loaded.

I bought it in Feb 2023, and kids really love it.
Good:
- high quality bag and trolley.
-very stable. you need to close the clips from below.
- easy to move around.
- pockets are well designed and lots of things can be put in.

Bad:
- There is no way to hide or settle the straps when placed on a trolley. They are just loose and no where to hide. Which means it got worn off with time as they got rubbed against the ground. Pictures can give a better understanding.

Designer can takes these learnings are making changes accordingly.

The bag doesn't stand and falls forward.. how inconvenient

This is my third purchase in last 6 months and i’m highly satisfied with the service and quality of the bags, perfect size, perfect material and last but not the least trolley tyres which was my main concern they are fantastic to use for kids on everyday basis.
